NAIOP NC Project of the Year

The Project of the Year Awards recognizes outstanding commercial development in North and South Carolina.

Applications for each of the three categories are rated by a jury of members based on: the unique contribution to the economic growth and vitality of a region or community; demonstrated unique design innovation or the “cool factor”; and ability to overcome design, regulatory issues or other factors that challenged the project at various phases. The 2023 winners were announced at the NAIOP NC Conference in Pinehurst on March 2, during the Lunch & Awards Presentation.

The award winners will appear in the 2023 summer issue of NAIOP Development Magazine for national recognition.

Congratulations to the 2023 Winners!
