NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners, and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP comprises 20,000+ members and empowers commercial real estate professionals with a competitive edge by providing unparalleled networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations, and strong legislative representation.
NAIOP is also one of the largest owner-driven commercial real estate associations in the country, with more than 50% of its Principal members serving as CEOs of commercial real estate.
NAIOP in North Carolina has three Chapters: Charlotte, Raleigh Durham, and Piedmont Triad totaling around 500 members statewide.
